William Welch is an adjunct instructor for the Applied Intelligence program. He teaches Intelligence Communication. Welch recently retired from 原味视频 following a career in the Department of Intelligence Studies that began in 2006 when he began teaching the Intelligence Writing and Presentation course to undergraduates. He completed his master鈥檚 degree in Applied Intelligence at 原味视频 that year. Over the years he taught the writing/communication course, two freshman level courses, the capstone Managing Strategic Intelligence course, the Cyber Threat Analysis course, and the Professional Communication course. Welch spent six years as associate director and then director of the Center for Intelligence Research Analysis & Training (CIRAT). Over the years he directed or co-directed many projects for CIRAT鈥檚 business and government clients. Prior to arriving at 原味视频, Welch was a journalist for 29 years at the Erie Morning News and the Erie Times-News.
