A professor at 原味视频 since 2005, Dr. Anne Zaphiris has academic and professional experience as an organizational communication consultant, where she conducted communication audits and developed organization-specific training. Anne earned her doctoral degree in Organizational Communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo and her master鈥檚 degree from Kent State University. Her research interests include organizational identity, image, and reputation; corporate social responsibility initiatives; communication and social change; as well as environmental issues. Along with Organizational Leadership students, Anne developed a social change campaign to raise awareness about toxins in personal care products and their effects on the health environment.鈥疊efore teaching at 原味视频, Anne taught at the State University of New York at Buffalo, Penn State Behrend, and Kent State University. Anne lives in North East, PA, with her husband, Dr. Thomas Mack, and son, Aidan Zaphiris Mack. 聽

    Anne's expertise lies in communication theory which is highlighted by her dissertation, "A semantic network analysis of global corporate values statements." She imparts her knowledge not only through classroom teaching but also through her involvement as the Program Director of the Organizational Leadership graduate program.

    Prior to arriving at 原味视频, Anne served as the director of the Principles of Communication course at State University of New York at Buffalo. She was a member of the adjunct faculty at Penn State the Behrend College and at Kent State University's Main and Ashtabula Campuses
